Belly Fat Loss
If your goal is to lose stomach fat and get six pack abs, nutrition is a key factor. Maybe you already have excellent dietary habits. If so, great! However, if you’re like most of us, one of our first priorities is to rid the pantry and fridge of foods that will hinder us from reaching our goal. To help you restock with healthier choices, here’s a list of Top Hard Body Foods, from Certified Personal Trainer Mike Geary.
As a general rule, always stock up on a wide variety of fresh vegetables, local produce when possible. Great choices include broccoli, spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers, and onions.

Salsa
Butter
Avocados
Whole grain wraps and whole grain bread (the best contain at least 3-4 grams of fiber per 20 grams of total carbs)
Rice bran and wheat germ
Leaf lettuce, spinach, shredded carrots
Home-made salad dressing (balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and Udo’s Choice oil blend)
Staples for your freezer:
